What we collect

Tooth Fairy Network is designed for parents and guardians. We may collect a parent email address, authentication details from a sign-in provider, wallet addresses, support messages, and basic usage information needed to operate the product.

When a parent creates a Toothlight, they may choose to provide a child first name or nickname, a tooth photo, a drawing, a date, and story text. Parents decide what to save and share.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect contact information directly from children, create child login accounts, or ask children to provide personal information. The product is parent-directed and parent-controlled.

If you believe a child provided information without parent permission, contact [email protected] and we will review the request.

Wallets, payments, and on-chain data

Tooth Fairy Network is non-custodial. Sathian AI Consulting never custodies user funds. Parents control the wallet or smart-contract relationship used for the Smile Fund.

Public blockchain activity, including wallet addresses and transaction records, may be visible on Solana and cannot be deleted by Tooth Fairy Network. Fiat onramp services, including MoonPay when enabled, are provided by third parties under their own policies.

How we use information

We use information to create and display Toothlights, operate parent accounts, send product and receipt emails, provide support, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use children's contact information for marketing because children do not create accounts with us.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, image storage, AI-assisted creative tools, blockchain infrastructure, and payment/onramp services. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Retention and parent choices

Parents can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information we control. Some on-chain records and decentralized storage references may not be removable because they are maintained by public networks or third-party infrastructure.

We keep information only as long as needed for product operation, security, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.

Security and international operation

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Parents should protect wallet access, recovery phrases, and login credentials.

Sathian AI Consulting operates from Ontario, Canada. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other places where our providers operate.
