Terms, in plain language.

One price, US$49, charged in US dollars by card. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate. It includes:

• The printed Proof, made from your child's drawing and your photo, mailed to an address in the United States or Canada, shipping included. It usually arrives in about 1 week in the US and 2 weeks in Canada. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• Your child's wallet page, opened by the QR code in the Proof.
• US$10 in your child's first coin: Bitcoin, Solana or Dollars, your choice, set aside in your child's own vault on the Solana blockchain.

You must be an adult, the child's parent or guardian, to order. A relative can also give a Proof as a gift. The parent claims it with the code inside, and it then works the same way.

• We buy it and put it in. When your order is paid, we set aside US$10 of the coin you chose for your child. You don't buy, send or sign anything.
• It arrives on day 8. A card payment takes about 7 days to settle, so your child's coin arrives in their vault 7 days after you pay, once the payment has settled. Your Proof is printed right away. If the payment is refunded, disputed or flagged as fraud before then, the coin isn't delivered.
• You hold the key. Until day 8 we hold the vault for your child. From day 8 it's yours: your sign-in is its key. For 7 days after we put a coin in, the blockchain also lets us take that coin back; we only do that if the payment for it is cancelled, refunded or disputed. After those 7 days, the vault gives us no way to take it out: only your key can. Keep access to the email you signed in with, and download your key.
• No extra fees. The full US$10 is set aside for your child, and you pay nothing beyond the US$49.
• Family can add to it through your child's family link. Their gifts settle the same way and arrive in the vault 7 days after they pay.
• Coin values change. Bitcoin and Solana go up and down, and can lose value. Dollars are USDC, a digital dollar issued by Circle and designed to stay at US$1. A coin is not a bank deposit and is not insured.
• Grow it is optional, and it's a goal you can stop anytime. Growing swaps the coin into a version that earns a return (for example, staked Solana or a lending dollar). You choose a goal of 1, 2 or 5 years, and the vault shows the date it's growing until. You can stop growing whenever you like: the coin goes back to plain Solana or Dollars, and stopping costs nothing from us (the swap itself can cost a little in market prices). Nobody promises a return, it can be negative, and it relies on outside blockchain programs. Nothing grows unless you approve it. Bitcoin can't grow yet.
• Moving coins out. There's no withdraw button yet. Whoever holds the vault's key controls its coins. You can download the key from Key & settings once the newest gift has been in the vault 7 days. Keep it safe; we can't recover it for you.
• What we can still do. We can pause the vault program in an emergency, straight away; a pause freezes coins where they are and can't move them to us. Any change to the vault program's code waits 7 days after it's approved, so anyone can see it coming.
• Not financial advice. This is a keepsake with a real gift inside, not an investment product. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.

You can cancel for a full refund to your card any time before the Proof goes to print. Use “Cancel and refund” on your order page, or email info@toothfairy.network.

After that, the Proof is being made for your child and the coin is theirs, so the order can't be refunded. If a payment is reversed (refunded or disputed) before its coin arrives on day 8, the coin isn't delivered and we stop the print if it hasn't started. If your Proof arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it at no cost.

Your child's story, your message and any photos you add (up to two, both optional) stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use them. You let us use them only to make your book, your private record page and the order itself. Your record page is private: only people with its private link or the QR code in the book can open it.

This program is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We work to keep the service up, your data safe and your book right. But the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the order. The vault program's code can only change after a public 7-day wait, so its rules don't change without warning; only an emergency pause, which can't move coins, takes effect at once.

Don't upload content that isn't yours or anything harmful. Don't abuse the service technically. We can decline an order we can't make in good conscience, and refund it in full if we do.
