These Terms explain the basic rules for using Tooth Fairy Network, creating Toothlights, and using optional Smile Fund features.
Tooth Fairy Network is a non-custodial Solana savings product for parents. Parents control keys and unlock timing. Sathian AI Consulting never custodies user funds. Questions go to [email protected].
Who may use the service
Tooth Fairy Network is for parents, guardians, and other adults who are legally able to agree to these Terms. Children should use the experience only with parent or guardian involvement.
By using the service, you confirm that you are responsible for the information, photos, drawings, wallet activity, and sharing choices connected to your account.
Toothlights and family content
A Toothlight is a family keepsake that may include a photo, drawing, date, story text, and AI-assisted visual polish. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or save.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, exploitative, private, or sensitive content that you do not have permission to use. We may remove or restrict content if needed to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service.
Smile Fund and non-custodial funds
The Smile Fund is an optional parent-controlled learning layer beside the Toothlight. It is not required to create a memory.
Tooth Fairy Network is non-custodial. Funds are held on-chain in a parent-controlled wallet or smart-contract relationship. Sathian AI Consulting never custodies user funds, does not hold private keys, and cannot recover a lost wallet or seed phrase.
Payments and third-party onramps
Fiat onramp services, including MoonPay when enabled, are provided by third parties. Those providers may require their own identity checks, payment terms, fees, limits, supported regions, and compliance review.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, wallet errors, failed transactions, or third-party service issues may occur outside Tooth Fairy Network's control.
No financial, investment, or tax advice
Tooth Fairy Network is a family memory and savings education product. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Digital assets can change in value and may carry risk. Parents are responsible for deciding whether any gift, wallet, or on-chain activity is appropriate for their family.
Accounts, access, and communications
You are responsible for keeping your email, authentication method, wallet access, and recovery information secure. We may send account, product, receipt, support, and policy emails related to the service.
We may pause, limit, or end access if we believe the service is being misused, attacked, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for families or the network.
Availability and changes
The product is evolving. Features may change, pause, or be removed as we test, improve, or comply with platform, payment, legal, or blockchain requirements.
We provide the service as available and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, future feature availability, or any particular financial result.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tooth Fairy Network and Sathian AI Consulting are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by wallet loss, blockchain activity, third-party services, user content, or unauthorized account access.
