Terms, in plain language.

You must be an adult — a parent or guardian. Kids enjoy the stories and the ritual; adults create capsules, connect wallets, and make every decision involving money.

The artwork, stories, and notes you upload stay yours. You confirm you have the right to upload them (they're your family's creations). Capsules use a private link by default. Public access and gallery eligibility require the guardian's explicit opt-in; we review gallery submissions before featuring them and remove yours any time you ask.

• A separate, adult-controlled transaction. An adult connects a self-custody wallet and separately signs any SOL or USDC deposit into the public Solana program. TFN does not receive payment-card data or assets purchased through an on-ramp.
• Fees. The current program routes a disclosed 2% platform fee to its operator treasury when you deposit. The remaining 98% is protected for the recipient. TFN does not collect another platform fee if the guardian releases the gift before the opening date. Network fees and any account-creation costs are shown separately before you sign. No subscriptions.
• Seven-day refund window. The original depositor can sign a refund within seven days of the deposit. The contract returns the protected 98% to that depositor. The original 2% TFN fee and Solana network or account-creation costs are not reversed.
• Only the guardian wallet can claim. Keep your wallet and its recovery phrase safe. TFN cannot recover a lost recovery phrase or sign a transaction for you.
• Crypto risk is real. SOL's value goes up and down; smart contracts can have bugs; blockchains can congest. Never seal more than you'd be comfortable locking away.
• Not financial advice. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. The optional future fund is a digital gift attached to a family ritual, not an investment product.

We work to keep the service up, your data safe, and the stories wonderful. But the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us. The free parts of the service may change as the Network grows; the on-chain rules of already-sealed capsules don't change — that's the point of them.

Don't upload content that isn't yours, anything harmful, or anything that identifies a child beyond a first name. Don't abuse the service technically. We can decline or remove gallery content at our discretion.
