Privacy promise

Plain words about your family's data.

Last updated July 11, 2026 · Questions: [email protected]

The short version

We keep photographs of your kid's creations, the stories you type, and — if you choose — your email and a sealed note. We never ask for photos of your child, we don't sell or share data, and we don't run ad trackers.

What we collect, exactly

  • The artwork photo you upload — a drawing, painting, or creation. Stored in private cloud storage (Supabase).
  • The story text — what your kid said it was, in their words.
  • Your sealed note — encrypted at rest (AES-256). Nobody, including us, reads it before the unlock date you chose.
  • A first name, optionally — provided by you, the guardian, to name the capsule. Never a last name, school, face, or location.
  • Your email, optionally — only if you sign up for stories or unlock reminders. Stored in a private bucket, used only for the emails you asked for (sent via Resend), never sold or shared. Reply "unsubscribe" any time.
  • A wallet address, only if you seal SOL — deposits are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. That's the nature of a blockchain: the deposit, amount, and unlock date are public; your artwork, story, and note are not on-chain.

Children

This service is built for parents and guardians. Adults create the capsules; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The public gallery shows artwork only — never faces, never full names — and a family's capsule appears there only with the guardian's permission.

What we measure

Privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (Vercel Analytics): which pages get visited and where visitors come from. No advertising trackers, no cross-site anything, no data brokers.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from the address you used and we'll delete your stored artwork, stories, notes, and email records. One thing we can't delete: transactions already written to the Solana blockchain — those are permanent by design, which is also what makes the time-lock trustworthy.

If this policy changes

We'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters — anything about children, emails, or money — we'll tell subscribers directly.
