Plain words about your family's data.

Sathian AI Consulting operates Tooth Fairy Network and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect what we need to make and deliver your child's Proof, and nothing more. We don't sell your data and we never share anything about your child for advertising. Your child's record page is private by default.

• Your sign-in. Your email address, or the Google or Apple account you choose. Our sign-in provider also creates the wallet that holds your child's gift.
• What goes in the book. Your child's first name, their tooth story, your message to them and up to two optional photos: a drawing, or a photo of the two of you. Photos are kept in private storage and shown only through short-lived signed links after your access is checked.
• Call Tanda, if you use it. Your phone number, a recording of the call and a written transcript, used to write the story draft you review.
• Payment and delivery. Your name, email, billing and shipping address, and the order amount. Our payment processor handles your card; we never see or store the full card number.
• The gift. Your wallet address and the deposit. Deposits are recorded on the public Solana blockchain, so the amount, dates and wallet addresses are public. Your child's story, photos and your message are never put on the blockchain.
• Emails you ask for. Order and delivery updates, and any others you sign up for. Reply "unsubscribe" to stop the optional ones.

These providers handle only what they need to do their part, on our behalf:

• A payment processor for card payments.
• A sign-in and wallet provider.
• A printing and shipping partner, which receives the book file, your name and your shipping address.
• A calling and messaging provider for Call Tanda, plus speech-to-text and AI providers that turn the call into a story draft.
• Hosting, storage and email providers that run the site and send your order updates.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

If you choose to receive a Call Tanda text, Sathian AI Consulting, operating Tooth Fairy Network, uses your mobile number and consent record to deliver the requested private review link and handle STOP or HELP requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers that help us deliver messages and operate this service process only the information needed for those functions on our behalf.

This service is for parents and guardians. An adult places every order and decides what goes in the book. If your child talks to Tanda on a call, you are there, and you agree to the call being recorded to make their book. We never publish your child's story, photos or name.

Privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics: which pages get visited and where visitors come from. No data brokers.

We count visits and purchases with Google and Meta so we can see which ads work. In the US and most of Canada it's on unless you turn it off below; elsewhere we ask first. It never runs on your child's pages, sign-in or checkout, and never sees your child's name, photos or your details.

Email info@toothfairy.network from the address you used and we'll delete your child's story, photos, recordings and your message. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax law requires. One thing nobody can delete: deposits already written to the Solana blockchain. They are permanent by design.

We'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters, anything about children, emails or money, we'll tell customers directly.
